Guess who woke up early for a Healthy Sunday FUN-Day?! WE DID!
 
Our day started off with a fun aerobics session combining martial arts movement with bodyweight exercise. With great work comes great reward! Participants were treated with hummus dip, crostini & overnight oats, as well as kombucha sampling after the aerobics session, courtesy of Balance.
 
We also learnt about edible indoor grown plants. Participants walked home with a box of Microgreens- an edible indoor grown plants which can be incorporated into your daily meal for a healthy diet.
 
Other fun activities include health sharing sessions on fast food modification & sports injury prevention, as well as static squat and standing long jump as a physical challenge for participants to push beyond their limits and win little gifts!
