Raffel Tower Appreciation Bash

BSG Property was proud to honor and thank the proud owners of Raffel Tower units in an Appreciation Bash held recently at Raffel Tower in Bukit Gambier on the 10th of January.
The two towers, each standing at 29-storeys tall in Bukit Gambier, Gelugor, was the brainchild of BSG Property and a dream-come-true for those looking for a place to call home.
In addition to creating a warm atmosphere between family and friends to bond, this event also presented the opportunity for residents to meet their neighbors, and wander around the many booths organized by our event co-partners including Electrolux, Samsung, Sisma Auto, Nippon paint, Time Fibre, Puro Fairtrade Coffee and Fitness Pro.
Mr. Chong Hock Aun, Head of Sales and Marketing at BSG Property, said that about 90% of the 260 units of the condominium had been handed over to the residents since its completion in October.
Meticulously designed for family-oriented projects, the amenities cater to both children and adults, including a reading room, function room, children’s playground, and others. “The amenities are designed to be family-friendly, for the young and old who wish to build their home here,” Mr. Chong said during the project’s Appreciation Bash which was a hive of activity held on the beautiful Sunday of 10th January 2016, in Bukit Gambier.
The bash, held in honor of the proud owners of the condominium units, was all set to entertain with a cooking demonstration, car displays, gym demonstrations, a hired clown, children’s face painting session, a handicraft workshop and many more. The caterer also whipped up a feast for the residents, with the accompaniment of a live band by the poolside.
Mr. Chong said the township of Bukit Gambier by BSG Property consists of a series of high-end property developments, which includes the completed projects of Raffel 18.18, Raffel 199, the ongoing project which is Middleton and many other developments to come.
“There is also a four-acre recreational park named Raffel Park that caters for residents in its vicinity. We hope the public can look forward to our upcoming projects such as Middleton, a low-density condominium in Minden Heights and our exclusive linked house project, Parkwood. It is our vision to build a complete and integrated township with a conducive environment which is easily accessible from the strategic location,” he added.
