BSG Property was excited to showcase and promote our newest property developments, this time in the vibrant city of Hong Kong! With the rise of investors and Second Home buyers, there was no better place and time to expand our business and dip our toes in the international property market.
During the 2015 Smart Expo in Hong Kong, BSG Property showcased three residential developments in the heart of our capital city of Kuala Lumpur –10 Stonor, as well as prime-area developments in Penang – The Landmark and Permai Gardens. These developments feature BSG Property’s stronghold, as we own large land banks and various prime lands in not just Penang but also Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
At this Expo, the developments we promoted all had unique designs that were quintessentially Malaysian, specifically, filled with elements of Penang. This allowed us to grab the crowd’s attention and compete with property developments from many parts of the world including Germany, Thailand, Japan, Switzerland, Canada, UK and so on.
The Head of Sales & Marketing of BSG Property, Mr. Chong Hock Aun, gave a speech on the various benefits Penang offers homeowners. This piqued the interest of foreign investors and buyers who had a glimpse into what BSG Property could offer them.
The response to the Expo was promising, with an attendance of approximately 3, 000 people. This was a reflection of BSG Property’s potential for growth and expansion in the international property arena.
